INTERNSHIP DESCRIPTION

McCaulley&Company’s intern program provides a unique opportunity for selected candidates to contribute in a meaningful way to the growth of a rapidly expanding firm.  Interns will work as a full member of an experienced team. Interns will have hands-on interaction with clients and other stakeholders. 
 
McCaulley&Company’s intern program emphasizes effective research, analysis, and communications skills with an emphasis on written product. Experience in a professional environment is helpful, but it is not a requirement. Applicants should be extremely driven and hardworking. Intern work will have a direct impact on McCaulley&Company’s core business strategy and client service

Responsibilities

• Conduct research
  
• Formulate presentations, memos, and reports 
  
• Analyze and interpret data to support client projects and company strategy development 
  
• Monitor news and developments relating to or impacting our clients and prospects 
  
• Event management and scheduling activities
  
• Business marketing
  
• Graphic design (dependent on skill set)
  
• Website development (dependent on skill set) 

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree at a college or university located in Ohio
  
• Must have unrestricted access to a computer, Internet, and telephone
  
• Must be able to commit 10-15 hours every week
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member 
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  
• Good organizational, writing, and presentation skills 
  
• Excellent communication skills 
  
• Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and consistently meet deadlines.
