JUSTIN MCCAULLEY — PRESIDENT

Justin has 15 years of experience in political and government arenas, serving corporations, local governments, higher education, and nonprofit organizations.
Justin brings a new approach to the delivery of communications and opportunity development services. Justin works with McCaulley&Company clients face-to-face to develop customized and innovative solutions which meet their business goals. His expertise in the legislative, regulatory, procurement, grants/incentives, and budget/appropriations processes has provided his clients with an exceptional record of success in securing favorable policy or funding for programs, technology development, and capital projects. Justin maintains excellent relationships with federal and state legislators and their senior staff, as well as agency officials, which enables him to advocate effectively for clients and their causes. Justin puts those relationships to work for clients, opening doors and delivering insight which had been previously out of reach.
Prior to McCaulley&Company, Justin was director of the federal advocacy practice in the Washington, DC office of a government relations firm he cofounded in 2002. There, he impacted federal policy on behalf of client interests and delivered tens of millions of dollars in federal, state, and local funding for client projects.
Justin splits his time between Washington, DC, Cleveland, Ohio, and client facilities across the United States, working closely with clients and government officials.
An Ohio native, Justin received a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Ohio University and an MBA from Cleveland State University.
In his spare time, Justin is a volunteer for the Alzheimer's Association and the American Diabetes Association. He currently serves on the Professional Ethics and Standards Committee of the American League of Lobbyists. He is also an occasional guitar player, frustrated golfer, avid reader, hopeful Browns fan, and karaoke rockstar.
BETHANY STUDENIC — SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Bethany is a senior associate at McCaulley&Company where she provides insight into client funding, competitor intelligence, project design, and outcomes management. Bethany has been working in nonprofit and governance for over a decade, and is an experienced fundraiser.
Prior to joining McCaulley&Company, Bethany worked with a wide variety of at-risk populations including survivors of domestic violence, individuals with mental health disabilities, and students living in poverty. Bethany has raised millions of dollars for at-risk populations. Additionally, Bethany has headed up constituent services, facilitated public conversations on policy, and designed processes for greater engagement with stakeholder groups.
Bethany is a graduate of the University of Akron with her Bachelor’s in Social Work and Case Western Reserve University with her Master’s in Social Administration and Social Work. Currently, Bethany is completing her Juris Doctor at the University of Akron School of Law.
In what little free time Bethany has, she loves a long bike ride, a shared meal with her family, or a good true crime novel.
ALEXANDRA EHRETT — ASSOCIATE

Alexandra Ehrett is an associate at McCaulley&Company where she advises and supports clients on policy developments and securing government funding. Alexandra also manages the firm’s overall marketing strategy.
Prior to joining McCaulley&Company, Alexandra worked at a global performance chemical company in the Global Sourcing and Logistics department. She also has worked for elected officials and has volunteered for a number of political campaigns.
Alexandra graduated from John Carroll University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, and minors in both Economics and Chinese. During her time there, she was awarded a grant to perform a research project in China and was involved in various extracurricular activities such as playing for the varsity volleyball team and being an executive member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.
In her free time, Alexandra volunteers as secretary of the WE Lakewood Task Force and serves on the West Side Catholic Center Associate Board. She enjoys all things active and is a frequent beach volleyball player and avid yogi.
KATHERINE SCHWARZ — ASSOCIATE

Katherine is a public affairs professional with 12 years of experience working on political campaigns, in state and local governments, and for nonprofit organizations.
Prior to joining McCaulley&Company, Katherine managed multiple field programs for political campaigns across Ohio and the East Coast. Her work focused on personal and face-to-face interactions with voters. She brings this same personal approach to McCaulley&Company’s clients.
Most recently, Katherine served as the state field director to the Ohio affiliate of a prominent healthcare nonprofit where she honed her skills in strategic planning, coalition building, grants management, and advocacy. During her tenure, Katherine secured hundreds of thousands of dollars in grant funding to support the organization’s programs.
An Ohio native, Katherine received a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the American University and a Master of Applied Politics degree from the Ray C. Bliss Institute at the University of Akron.
Katherine resides in Columbus, Ohio, with her husband and two children.
CARLY SENKO — OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Carly is a business intelligence specialist supporting client projects through research, relationship development, and database management.
Prior to joining McCaulley&Company, Carly worked in advocacy and customer care in the health and wellness industry. This experience and her enthusiasm for her work has positioned her well for her role in stakeholder development and relationship building projects at McCaulley&Company.
Carly received a Bachelor of Science degree in exercise physiology from Ohio University and resides in her native Cleveland, Ohio.
