Associate

McCaulley&Company is accepting applications for the open Associate position. This position is mobile, meaning a flexible and collaborative work environment and ability to travel. We are seeking candidates who are ready to be the voice for our clients and to help them advance.

Requirements
​The right candidate will have the following characteristics:

• Ability to work independently and remotely as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Experience working with government offices and agencies
• Excellent writing skills and analytical abilities
• Ability to provide excellent contributions while managing simultaneous projects
• Understanding of local, state, and federal policy-making agencies, processes, and people
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Must have 1 to 3 years of professional experience
• Must have earned a Bachelor’s degree 

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data, and communicate intelligence with recommendations
  
• Work closely with Team members to compose compelling communications
  
• Support clients to coordinate conversations with decision-makers
  
• Establish and maintain relationships with elected and public officials
  
• Represent the Firm and clients at information sessions and public meetings
  
• Analyze and interpret policy to relay relevant content
  
• Communicate initiatives to propel growth of the Firm and of client interests
  
• Contribute to fostering genuine, authentic, and enduring relationships with clients that extend beyond immediate needs and commercial interests
